| Vicki, Southern California Nurse Consultant |
| |
|
Vicki has been a registered nurse for 39 years. She has worked pretty much all aspects of the nursing field over the years. (Hospital E.R., surgical floor charge nurse, psyche and back office for family practice and surgery.) The majority of her years was working with a very well known sports medicine doctor for almost 18 years which gave her an excellent orthopedic background. The last 12 years have been providing services for GSG in U.R. and occasionally Med/Legal reviews for the attorneys. She was selected as the Lead Nurse for SCIF, Santa Ana when that position was initiated. Vicki took a class 2 ½ years ago to obtain her CPUR (Certified Professional Utilization Review) certificate.
Vicki has a love for theater, drama and laughter. She has been taking Improv classes at South Coast Repertory in Orange County which really tests your ability to think fast on your feet. Her grandson is the love of her life and if Improv doesn’t help her think fast, Derek will. Spending time with family is one of the most important things in her life.
Vicki’s last wish is to return to a beach home with an ocean view and the sounds of the waves putting her to sleep. Growing up in Laguna Beach spoiled her.
