Medical (available to full or regular part time employees working at least 20 hours per week)
- Provided through Health Net PPO. GSG offers a comprehensive major medical plan that includes vision, prescription drug coverage and Lifepath resources (a 24/7 resource for health and wellness information).
- The employee’s portion of the premium is deducted from each paycheck.
- The employee is eligible the first of the month, after ninety (90) days of employment.

- Provided through Delta Dental.
- GSG pays 100% of the employee’s premium and 50% of the dependent’s premium. (Dependent premiums are deducted from each paycheck.)

401k/Profit Sharing (available to all employee classifications)
- Provided through the Principal Financial Group.
- GSG matches $0.50 on the dollar of the first 5% withheld. Employee can contribute any amount per check but only up to the maximum federal allowance for the tax year.
- Employee can join on the first day of the month following 90 days of employment.

Holiday Pay
GSG employees are entitled to nine (9) paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, & Christmas Day. |

Education
Regular full time and regular part time employees who have completed 90 days of service are eligible for educational assistance. GSG will reimburse up to $500 per year for qualified continuing education. |
